In the event that members are unable to reach a mutual agreement on matters, Alfa is committed to offering structured support through arbitration.
With the consent of both parties, a neutral arbitration committee is appointed. This committee consists of industry professionals from three different continents. The identities of the arbitrators remain confidential and are not disclosed to the parties involved in the dispute. Similarly, the arbitrators are not informed of the identities of the disputing members. All submitted documents are anonymized to ensure impartiality.
All rules and procedures related to arbitration, including the appeals process and decisionmaking framework, are clearly outlined in our Financial Manual to avoid any misunderstanding or misinterpretation.
We believe it is essential to provide this structured and fair mechanism, in line with the values and philosophy that define the Alfa network.
